What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where their face fills a good part of the frame. It doesn't have to be professional, phone photos work well. Blurry, very dark, or very small photos are harder. Send yours and we'll tell you honestly.

Can I add a name or dates?
Yes. Add any wording you'd like at checkout. Most people use a name, or a name and dates, or a short line.

How long does it take to arrive?  

Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 days. Each night light is printed to order, which takes us 1 to 5 days, and US shipping takes another 3 to 5 days after that. Most orders ship sooner than 5 days.

Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Does it stay on all the time?
No. It has a light sensor, so it turns itself on when the room gets dark and off again when it's light.

What if I don't like it?

Contact us within 14 days of it arriving and we'll refund you in full. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

If it arrives damaged, that's on us. Send a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. Don't send the damaged one back.

These are made one at a time for one person, so if something isn't right, we'd rather hear about it and fix it.

Can I order more than one?

Yes, and many order more than one for other pets or to give away as gifts. 

What if my photo has more than one pet in it?

Yes, and we're asked for this often. If you have a photo with both of them in it, that works beautifully. You can put both names in the message, and dates if you'd like.

If your only photos have them separately, email them to us and we'll tell you what's possible before you order.

One thing worth knowing: with two pets in one photo, each face comes out smaller. We'd suggest the Heirloom at 3.8" x 3" so both of them show clearly.
